Hero MotoCorp delivered its best-ever quarterly performance for July–September 2025, reporting robust growth across key financial metrics.
Revenue for Q2FY26 rose 16% to ₹12,126 crore compared to ₹10,463 crore last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) also grew 16% to ₹1,393 crore, reflecting strong demand and operational efficiency.
The EBITDA margin improved by 55 basis points, reaching 15.0%. On a consolidated basis, revenue stood at ₹12,218 crore and PAT at ₹1,321 crore, reinforcing the company’s strong position in the two-wheeler market.
For the April–September 2025 period, Hero MotoCorp reported revenue of ₹21,705 crore, a 5% increase over ₹20,607 crore in the previous year. PAT for H1FY26 stood at ₹2,519 crore, marking 8% year-on-year growth.
The EBITDA margin improved by 33 basis points to 14.8%. Consolidated H1FY26 revenue reached ₹21,946 crore, with PAT at ₹3,027 crore, reflecting steady progress in the first half of the fiscal year.
The festive season from August 23 to November 12, 2025, contributed significantly to the company’s strong performance. ICE VAHAN registrations grew 16.2%, outpacing industry growth of 14.7%. Hero MotoCorp gained 40 basis points in market share, supported by high demand in the Entry, Deluxe, and Scooter categories.
Hero MotoCorp’s EV arm, VIDA, continued its upward trajectory, securing its highest-ever EV market share of 11.7%, driven by the VIDA VX2 EVOOTER. At EICMA 2025 in Milan, the company showcased innovative, human-centric EV concepts under the VIDA NOVUS lineup and introduced off-road electric motorcycles. It also announced the upcoming launch of the VIDA VX2 in Europe, expanding its international EV presence.
The company’s global business posted impressive dispatch growth of 77%—three times the industry rate, with strong contributions from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Colombia.
On November 14, 2025, Hero MotoCorp share price (NSE: HEROMOTOCO) opened at ₹5,521.50, up from its previous close of ₹5,508.50. At 11:27 AM, the share price of Hero MotoCorp was trading at ₹5,556.50, up by 0.87% on the NSE.
