Hero MotoCorp announced on October 13, 2025, that it will enter Italy through a distribution tie-up with Pelpi International. Pelpi will manage sales, service, and spare parts across the country. Initially, the motorcycles will be available through 36 dealerships in major cities, with plans to expand to 54 outlets.
The Italian launch includes three Euro 5+ compliant motorcycles: Xpulse 200 4V, Xpulse 200 4V Pro, and Hunk 440. Prices start at €2,990 (~₹3.07 lakh) for the Xpulse 200 4V, €3,190 (~₹3.27 lakh) for the Xpulse 200 4V Pro, and €3,990 (~₹4.09 lakh) for the Hunk 440.
The Hunk 440 has a 440cc engine producing 27 BHP and 36 Nm of torque. It features a steel trellis frame, dual-channel ABS, and a digital TFT display. The Xpulse 200 4V and 4V Pro come with multiple ABS modes, LED projector lamps, and Bluetooth navigation. The Hunk 440 will be available in Twilight Blue and Phantom Black.
All models come with a standard 3-year warranty. As part of the launch, Hero MotoCorp is offering an additional two-year warranty, extending coverage to five years.
Hero MotoCorp operates in 48 countries and has eight manufacturing plants globally. It also has R&D centres in India and Germany. The company holds collaborations with Harley-Davidson and Zero Motorcycles, along with investments in Ather Energy and Euler Motors.

As of October 14, 2025, 10:14 AM, Hero MotoCorp share price was trading at ₹5,564, a 0.09% increase from the previous closing price.
Initial focus will be on urban markets. The three models will be available through selected dealerships, with gradual expansion to cover more cities. Pelpi International will oversee the network and service operations.
