HBL Engineering Limited (NSE: HBLENGINE) has announced that Friday, September 12, 2025, will serve as the record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for e-voting and to receive the declared dividend.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share, marking a rise compared to ₹0.50 per share declared in 2024. This reflects the company’s consistent effort to reward shareholders while maintaining growth momentum.
Shareholders listed in the company’s records as of the record date will be entitled to participate in e-voting during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will also be eligible to receive the proposed dividend once approved by members. Investors must ensure they hold shares before the ex-date to qualify.
Looking at the recent developments, HBL Engineering has received a Letter of Acceptance from West Central Railway for the survey, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of trackside KAVACH equipment at stations and LC gates, including tower erection and associated works, in the Kota–Ruthiyai and Sogaria–Kota “C” sections (166 Rkm) of Kota division.
The project, valued at ₹54.12 crore (inclusive of 18% GST), covers 18 stations and 166 kms of track, with a completion timeline of 700 days. With this order, HBL’s total accumulated order book stands at an impressive ₹4,083.17 crore, further strengthening its railway solutions portfolio.

The announcement underlines HBL Engineering’s focus on shareholder value creation and governance. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
