Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has announced the purchase of a 34-acre land parcel in Vadodara, Gujarat. This marks its second project in the state within a year, after acquiring a 3-acre plot in Ahmedabad in October 2024.

Premium Plotted Development Planned

The Vadodara land will be used to develop premium residential plots. The project will offer a saleable area of around 0.9 lakh square feet.

Strategic Location on Ajwa Road

The plot is located on Ajwa Road, a fast-growing area with several villas and plotted housing developments. It enjoys strong infrastructure and easy access to Vadodara Airport, city centre, major commercial hubs, educational institutions, and leisure spots.

Strengthening Presence in Tier-2 Cities

This move follows Godrej’s recent entry into other tier-2 cities like Nagpur and Indore. The company aims to build sustainable communities that add long-term value for residents.

The stock opened at ₹2,105.00, touched a high of ₹2,123.00 and a low of ₹2,061.80 during intraday trading. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has recorded a high of ₹3,399.00 and a low of ₹1,900.00.
