
Dabur India Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Board of Directors will meet on October 30, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. The meeting will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
If declared, the interim dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or as Beneficial Owners as of November 7, 2025. This follows the company’s consistent practice of rewarding shareholders and maintaining stable dividend policies.
Dabur India has a track record of regular dividend payouts. The company declared a final dividend of ₹5.25 per equity share in July 2025. In the previous financial year, the company paid an interim dividend of ₹2.75 in November 2024 and a final dividend of ₹2.75 in July 2024, highlighting a steady approach to sharing profits with investors.
On October 24, 2025, Dabur India share price (NSE: DABUR) opened at ₹512.40, up from its previous close of ₹511.40. At 9:53 AM, the share price of Dabur India was trading at ₹502.10, down by 1.82% on the NSE.
