Cyient Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹16 by November 12, 2025. The company has fixed Oct 24 as the record date for the dividend. 

Cyient said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 16/- per equity share (i.e. 320%) on par value of Rs. 5/- per share for the financial year 2025-26. Further, this is to inform that 24 October 2025 is fixed as the record date for the above purpose and the dividend will be paid by 12 November 2025.”
