Revenue Crosses ₹800 Crore
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹832 crore for the April-June quarter of FY27. Revenue stood at ₹402 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26.
Revenue consequently more than doubled year-on-year during the quarter. Clean Max Enviro Energy provides renewable energy solutions to the commercial and industrial sector.
Adjusted EBITDA Rises 74%
Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 74 per cent year-on-year to ₹494 crore in Q1 FY27.
In Q1 FY26, adjusted Ebitda was ₹284 crore. The company reported an increase in adjusted Ebitda alongside the rise in revenue during the quarter.
Net Profit of ₹55 Crore
Clean Max Enviro Energy reported a net profit of ₹55 crore in Q1 FY27. It had reported a net loss of ₹17 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
The quarterly numbers marked a change in the company’s bottom line from a loss in Q1 FY26 to a profit in Q1 FY27.
