CG Power Issues 71,980 Shares to Employees Under ESOP

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced on 3 September 2025 the allotment of shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021). This allotment marks another step in the company’s strategy to reward employees while strengthening its equity base.
Details Of Allotment and Impact On Share Capital
A total of 71,980 equity shares of face value ₹2 each have been issued, fully paid up. Of these, 30,320 shares were allotted at an exercise price of ₹400.45 per share, while 41,660 shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹305.55 per share.
The allotment has been made in favour of an eligible employee under the ESOP 2021. The company confirmed that the newly issued equity shares will rank pari-passu with its existing equity shares in all respects.
With this issuance, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹3,14,92,06,858 to ₹3,14,93,50,818, comprising 1,57,46,75,409 equity shares of face value ₹2 each.
