CAMS Board to Consider Q2FY26 Results and Interim Dividend on October 28; Share Price in Focus

Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on October 28, 2025. The meeting will take up the approval of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Both standalone and consolidated accounts will be reviewed.
Interim Dividend Proposal
Apart from the financial results, the Board will also consider the payment of an interim dividend. If the proposal is cleared, the record date to determine shareholder eligibility has been set as November 7, 2025. This date will be used to finalise the list of investors entitled to receive the payout.
The financial results, once approved, will also include the Limited Review Reports provided by the statutory auditors. These reports are part of the quarterly review process and form an essential requirement for submission of results under exchange regulations.
Trading Window Status
CAMS noted that the trading window for Connected Persons, Designated Persons, Insiders, and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of results. This measure is in line with insider trading rules and restricts the use of unpublished financial information.
