Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on October 10, 2025. The meeting will consider a proposal to alter the company’s share capital through a sub-division of equity shares.
At present, CAMS has equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, fully paid up. The proposal under discussion is to divide these into shares of a smaller face value. The specific ratio of the sub-division will be decided during the board meeting.
If the board approves the plan, the proposal will require the consent of shareholders. It will also be subject to statutory and regulatory clearances in line with applicable laws. The company has stated that further details will be shared after the meeting.
Ahead of the meeting, CAMS has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders dealing in company securities. The trading window was closed on October 1, 2025 and will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
