BLS International Share Price in Focus On Securing Visa Service Deals in Kazakhstan and China

BLS International Services Limited has signed 2 new contracts in the visa and consular services segment, as per the news reports. The company will manage visa processing for the Embassy of Cyprus in Kazakhstan and operate Indian Visa Application Centres (IVACs) in China under an agreement with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

Indian Visa Centres in China

BLS International has been awarded a three-year contract by India’s MEA to set up and manage Indian Visa Application Centres in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The agreement came into effect on October 14, 2025.

These centres will handle visa applications for Indian missions in China and offer end-to-end services, including documentation and submission. This follows India’s decision to resume tourist visa services for Chinese nationals in July 2025, after they were suspended during the pandemic and amid border tensions following the Galwan Valley clashes in 2020.

Cyprus Visa Operations in Kazakhstan

In a separate contract, BLS International has been appointed by the Embassy of Cyprus in Kazakhstan to oversee the visa application process in the country. The company will be responsible for accepting, processing, and forwarding applications to the embassy.

The agreement covers all categories of Cyprus visa applications from Kazakh citizens and residents. The process will be managed through BLS International’s existing visa management framework.

Global Operations

The latest developments extend BLS International’s operational network in Central Asia and East Asia. The company currently provides similar outsourcing and support services to several governments and diplomatic missions across different regions.
