The scope of work includes setting up and operating enrolment centres at district level, offering services such as Aadhaar enrolment, demographic and biometric updates, and other Aadhaar-related facilities through both appointment-based and walk-in modes.

The agreement is valued at ₹2,055.35 crore, inclusive of all duties and taxes, making it a significant engagement for BLS International. Categorised as an outsourcing project, the contract is domestic in nature and is expected to strengthen digital identity management services across India. The duration of execution is 6 years from the date of commencement.
