On Sep 16, 2025, Balmer Lawrie & Company shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹8.50 final dividend.

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors f the Company at its Meeting held on 15th May 2025 has, inter-alia, recommended a Dividend of Rs.8.50/- (Rupees Eight and Fifty Paisa only) per Equity Share of Rs.IO each.”

Balmer Lawrie & CompanyQ1FY26 Highlights

Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd reported a robust performance, with total income for Q1 FY26 rising by 6.47% to ₹685.28 crore, up from ₹643.62 crore during the same quarter last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) registered a significant growth of 30.31%, reaching ₹75.37 crore compared to ₹57.84 crore in Q1 FY25.

Similarly, Net Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 19.53%, standing at ₹55.93 crore as against ₹46.79 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Among the company’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Industrial Packaging and Chemicals led in volume performance. The Container Freight Station (CFS) in Chennai recorded the highest import volumes during the quarter.
