Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd has set Oct 17, 2025, as the record date for its ₹6 interim dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from declaration.
Anand Rathi Wealth said in an exchange filing, “The Board declared the first Interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share (120 % of face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2025-26. The Dividend payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, to such shareholders as on Record Date, i.e. 17th October 2025.”
As Anand Rathi Wealth has set Oct 17 as the record date for its interim dividend, meaning that Oct 16 marked the last day to buy Anand Rathi Wealth shares to become eligible for the interim dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Oct 17 (record date) won't be eligible for the interim dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

During second quarter of FY26, our Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 31% year-on-year to ₹ 100 crores, while revenue grew 23% year-on-year to ₹ 307 crores and during the first half of FY26, PAT rose 29% year-on-year to ₹ 194 crores, and revenue grew 19% year-on-year to ₹ 591 crores. In the first half of FY26, the Company has already achieved more than 50% of its full-year revenue and PAT guidance.
