
Adani Enterprises is set to launch its Rights Issue (RI) in November 2025, offering 13,85,01,687 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each at a fixed price of ₹1,800 per share, aiming to raise ₹24,930.30 crore.
Adani Enterprises Rights Issue opens today for subscription on November 25, 2025, and closes on December 10, 2025. Eligible shareholders as of the record date, November 17, 2025, will receive rights in the ratio of 3 shares for every 25 held.
Investors are required to pay 50% of the issue price (₹900 per share) at the time of application. The remaining amount will be collected through two equal calls of ₹450 per share each. The first call is scheduled between January 12 and January 27, 2026, while the second call will fall between March 2 and March 16, 2026. Upon allotment, the rights shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
The company has allocated ₹24.25 crore towards RI-related expenses. From the net proceeds, ₹18,698 crore will go toward repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings of Adani Enterprises and its subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd., while ₹6,208.05 crore will be used for general corporate purposes. The staggered payment structure is expected to provide flexibility and convenience for investors across categories.

Following the RI, the company’s paid-up equity capital will rise from ₹115.42 crore to ₹129.27 crore. At the issue price, Adani Enterprises is targeting a post-RI market capitalisation of approximately ₹2,32,682.84 crore.
