
Adani Enterprises Limited (NSE: ADANIENT) has announced a significant rights issue aimed at raising up to ₹24,930.30 crore. The company will issue 13,85,01,687 partly paid-up equity shares of face value ₹1 each at an issue price of ₹1,800 per share, which includes a premium of ₹1,799 per share.
The fundraising initiative is designed to bolster the company’s capital position and support its ongoing and future growth projects across various sectors.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been fixed as Monday, November 17, 2025. Investors whose names appear in the company’s register of members or in depository records as of that date will be entitled to apply for the rights issue.
Eligible shareholders will receive three Rights Equity Shares for every twenty-five fully paid-up equity shares held on the record date. This ratio allows existing investors to increase their shareholding at a fixed price.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the Letter of Offer at its meeting held on November 11, 2025. The document, dated November 12, 2025, outlines detailed information regarding the issue, including timelines, payment terms, and procedures for subscription.
The announcement follows earlier communications made by Adani Enterprises on November 4 and November 11, 2025, about the proposed rights issue.
