Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) has entered into an arrangement with Royal Brothers Rentals to make its 2-wheelers available through rental and subscription formats, as per PTI report. The service will allow customers to use Suzuki vehicles without purchasing them.
Access to the vehicles will be offered through Royal Brothers’ platform, which operates in several Indian cities.
The partnership will initially cover the Suzuki e-ACCESS, the company’s electric scooter. SMIPL indicated that the offering may be extended to other models over time.
The electric scooter will be listed on Royal Brothers’ platform as part of its existing fleet.
Customers will be able to rent the vehicles for durations starting from 24 hours up to a maximum of 12 months. This includes both short-term rentals and longer subscription-based use.
The structure allows users to opt for temporary access instead of ownership.
The vehicles will be available through Royal Brothers’ booking system. The company operates through an app-based model that enables customers to select rental periods and locations.
The service is expected to run through Royal Brothers’ current operational network.
SMIPL Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Deepak Mutreja said the initiative shows changing mobility usage patterns, where customers seek flexibility before making long-term decisions.
Royal Brothers Co-Founder and CEO Abhishek Chandrashekar said the tie-up connects Suzuki’s vehicles with Royal Brothers’ distribution network.
