Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology unit of Adani Airport Holdings, has added new features to its Adani OneApp for passengers at airports managed by the Adani Group, as per news reports. The update introduces Adani Rewards, a loyalty programme covering food and beverage outlets, retail, duty-free stores, parking, and meet-and-greet services.
The scheme applies to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class, and is focused on purchases and services within these airports.
A lounge booking option has been added, allowing passengers to check credit card eligibility, reserve access in advance, and avoid queuing on arrival. This service is available for multiple lounges within Adani-operated airports.
The updated app allows users to browse menus and product lists from airport dining outlets, duty-free stores, and retail shops. Orders can be placed for “delivery at gate,” with a multi-cart and group order feature for duty-free shopping. A “park and fly” service is also available for booking airport parking ahead of travel.
Passengers can use the app to track flights in real time, receive push notifications, and connect to airport Wi-Fi with one tap. These features are integrated to give travellers access to airport services from a single platform.
ADL has also opened a 150-seat office in Ahmedabad. This location will be used to develop further digital tools for passenger use and airport operations across the network.
As per news reports, the company has stated that the updates aim to bring together multiple services to make them easier to access. By placing them in one application, passengers can plan ahead, find facilities, and use airport services without having to navigate multiple systems.
