Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), the airport business arm of the Adani Group, is moving to digitise passenger experience and airport support systems, as per the news reports.
Through its collaboration with AIONOS, the company plans to roll out an AI-driven intelligent concierge system covering voice, chat, web and mobile channels across its network, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and soon, Navi Mumbai.
AI Platform Deployment and Features
Under the partnership, AIONOS will provide its proprietary agentic AI solution referred to as IntelliMate to AAHL. The system is designed to serve passengers in English, Hindi and multiple regional languages, offering real-time updates on flight status, gate information, baggage tracking, direction assistance and other airport services.

We are building a connected ecosystem that enhances efficiency, fosters inclusivity, and sets new benchmarks for smart, sustainable and future-ready airports in India.”
