Lemon Tree share price was seen trading flat at ₹140.18 on NSE as of 9:59 AM. The stock drew attention following the announcement of a new property under the Lemon Tree Premier brand in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. The move is part of the group’s broader strategy to expand its hospitality footprint in emerging tourism and spiritual hubs.
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited, has signed a new property under the Lemon Tree Premier brand in Mhow. The upcoming hotel will offer 72 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, meeting room, banquet hall, swimming pool, spa and other public amenities.
Located around 30 km from Indore Airport and 29 km from Indore Railway Station, the property is well connected by road and offers easy accessibility for both leisure and business travellers.
Mhow, officially named Dr Ambedkar Nagar, is a scenic cantonment town known for its historical and spiritual significance. It is famously recognised as the birthplace of Dr B.R. Ambedkar, with the Bhim Janmabhoomi memorial attracting thousands of visitors, particularly during Ambedkar Jayanti.
The region is also known for natural attractions like the majestic Patalpani Falls, which becomes especially picturesque post monsoon, and Janapav Kuti, a peak known for its panoramic views and mythological relevance. The town’s unique combination of culture and nature is likely to enhance its appeal as a tourist destination.
