Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has entered into a license agreement for a new property in Madhya Pradesh, as per an exchange filing. The resort, located in Limbodagari village in Indore district, will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The property will include 60 rooms. Other facilities planned at the site are a restaurant, banquet space, swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, and general public areas. The project falls under the company’s managed property model.
Limbodagari is situated in the Hatod tehsil of Indore district, about 14 km from Indore city. The proposed resort lies close to Indore’s Super Corridor, a 12-km stretch marked by new residential and business developments. The site is located approximately 9.4 km from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport and 9.3 km from Indore Railway Station. The area is accessible via both public and private transport.

With this signing, Lemon Tree Hotels now has 4 operational properties and 7 upcoming hotels in Madhya Pradesh. The addition of the Limbodagari resort contributes to the company’s total project count in the state.
As of now, Lemon Tree Hotels has a network of over 220 hotels, including more than 110 that are operational. The remainder are at various stages of development. The company’s properties are spread across 70+ locations in India, including metro cities and smaller towns. It also operates internationally in Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal.
The company manages properties under multiple brands such as Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, and the Keys brand group (Prima, Select, and Lite).

This signing in Limbodagari is part of the company’s development pipeline in Madhya Pradesh. The property is positioned near upcoming infrastructure projects and is part of the larger portfolio managed by the group.
