Upcoming IPO and New Listing This Week (September 15- 18, 2026): NSE Among 11 Upcoming Issues Totaling ₹24,600 Crore

The upcoming week is set to be a busy one for the primary market, with 11 initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open for public subscription.
Led by the much-awaited National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) IPO, these issues are expected to raise a combined ₹24,574.28 crore during the holiday-shortened week beginning September 15,2026.
Upcoming IPOs: Details and Expectations
Of the 11 IPOs, 5 are from the mainboard segment and are expected to raise ₹24,328.02 crore. The remaining 6 SME IPOs are collectively targeting ₹246.26 crore.
The NSE IPO will be the biggest issue of the week. The ₹22,561.6-crore public offering is scheduled to open on September 17, 2026, and close on September 21, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹1,700-1,785 per share, while the anchor book is expected to open on September 16, 2026.
The NSE IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by 10 existing shareholders, including State Bank of India, Canara Pension Plan Investment Board, Aranda Investments, MS Strategic, New India Assurance Company and SBI Capital Markets.
As a result, NSE will not receive proceeds from the offer, apart from bearing offer-related expenses. The primary objective of the issue is to facilitate NSE's proposed listing on the BSE.
Another major mainboard issue is Hero Motors, promoted by O P Munjal Holdings. Its ₹1,000-crore IPO will open on September 16, 2026, and close on September 18, 2026, with a price band of ₹79-84 per share. The issue consists of a fresh issue worth ₹600 crore and an OFS of ₹400 crore by the promoters.
Details of Other Key IPOs
SS Retail and Jindal Supreme (India) are also scheduled to open their IPOs on September 16, 2026.
SS Retail, a multi-brand retailer of mobile phones, accessories and other electronic products, aims to raise ₹500 crore at the upper end of its ₹403-424 price band. The issue includes a fresh issue of ₹360 crore and an OFS of ₹140 crore.
Jindal Supreme (India), a manufacturer of steel pipes and tubes, plans to raise ₹124.88 crore at the upper end of its ₹88-93 price band. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.07 crore equity shares and an OFS of 26.86 lakh shares by a promoter entity.
Sonaselection India, a manufacturer of textile products, will open its IPO on September 17, 2026. The company plans to raise ₹141.57 crore through an entirely fresh issue of 1.43 crore shares, with the price band set at ₹94-99 per share.
In the SME segment, Vama Wovenfab, Quanto Agroworld and Shakti Polytarp will open their public issues on September 15, 2026.
Vama Wovenfab, which manufactures PP and HDPE woven sacks and fabric-based packaging products, aims to raise ₹49.54 crore at the upper end of its ₹324-341 price band.
Quanto Agroworld, a specialty ingredient manufacturer focused on lemongrass-based botanical formats and essential oils, plans to raise ₹31.02 crore at a fixed price of ₹67 per share.
Shakti Polytarp, a manufacturer of tarpaulins, is seeking to raise ₹26.93 crore through an issue of 45.64 lakh shares.
Kheria Autocomp and SpectraA Technology Solutions will open their IPOs on September 17, 2026, and close on September 21, 2026. Kheria Autocomp plans to raise ₹46.44 crore at the upper end of its ₹96-101 price band, while SpectraA Technology Solutions aims to raise ₹42.5 crore at the upper end of its ₹112-118 price band.
Axiom Gas Engineering will open its IPO on September 18, 2026, and close on September 22, 2026. The company, which provides auto LPG, CNG and LNG solutions to retail and industrial customers, plans to raise ₹49.81 crore, with a price band of ₹50-53 per share.
IPOs Closing Next Week
Several IPOs that opened earlier will close for subscription during the week.
In the mainboard segment, Kerala-based real estate developer Veegaland Developers will close its IPO on September 15, 2026, while plastic products manufacturer Manika Plastech will remain open until September 16, 2026.
In the SME segment, the IPOs of Raksan Transformers, Maharaja & Speedex India, Om Galaxy and Panchatv Bharat are scheduled to close on September 15, 2026. Injecto Polymers and Century Business Media will remain open until September 16, 2026.

New Listings Next Week
The listing calendar is also expected to remain active, with 19 companies scheduled to make their market debuts, including 11 mainboard companies.
Pranav Constructions is likely to be the first mainboard company to list on September 15, 2026. Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals and Glass Wall Systems (India) are scheduled to begin trading on September 16, 2026.
The busiest listing day is expected to be September 17, 2026, when Rentomojo, Asset Reconstruction Company India, Karamtara Engineering, LCC Projects, Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions and Steamhouse India are scheduled to begin trading.
Veegaland Developers is expected to make its market debut on September 18,2026.
In the SME segment, Apana Logistics is scheduled to list on September 15, 2026, followed by Infrax Renewable, Amtech Esters and Vinod Texworld on September 17,2026. Maharaja & Speedex India, Raksan Transformers, Panchatv Bharat and Om Galaxy are expected to list on September 18, 2026.
