Companies including Jio Platforms and PhonePe are preparing for their IPOs amid a robust market environment. 

Major Upcoming IPOs in India 

For those who missed the National Stock Exchange IPO, there are major potential IPOs on the horizon, with a lineup aiming to raise a combined ₹4,26,753 crore.  

These include 147 companies with SEBI's nod, ready to gather ₹2,79,713 crore. Additionally, 75 companies awaiting approval might raise ₹1,47,040 crore. This indicates robust liquidity in the market, enabling new issues to be absorbed effectively. 

Five Largest IPOs to Watch 

Among the pipeline, Jio Platforms tops the list with a ₹35,000 crore issue size, having received SEBI approval in August 2026.  

PhonePe follows with an intended ₹12,000 crore issue but is pending regulatory clearance.  

Mahanadi Coalfields is set at ₹10,000 crore, filing its draft in September 2026.  

Avaada Electro, cleared by SEBI, aims for ₹7,600 crore.  

Oravel Stays targets ₹6,650 crore, marking its presence in the hospitality sector. 

Market Dynamics Favourable for Public Offerings 

The primary market is experiencing a euphoria driven by increased fundraising and liquidity flow. Recent months have witnessed a significant uptick in IPO numbers, with several offerings oversubscribing multiple times, demonstrating strong investor interest.
