Shiprocket has announced the price band for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ₹92–97 per share. The ₹1,617.5 crore IPO will open for subscription on August 12, 2026, and close on August 14, 2026.
Backed by investors including Bertelsmann, Temasek, Tribe Capital and Eternal, the company plans to raise funds through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). The IPO size has been reduced from the amount proposed in its earlier draft papers.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹885.5 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹731.9 crore by existing shareholders.
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 17, 2026, while the shares are likely to be listed on the stock exchanges on August 19, 2026.
The company had earlier proposed to raise ₹2,342.3 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹1,100 crore and an OFS of ₹1,242.3 crore, according to the updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed in December 2025.
Existing investors participating in the OFS include Lightrock, Tribe Capital, Moore Strategic Ventures, Agility International Investment, and individual shareholders Gautam Kapoor, Saahil Goel, and Vishesh Khurana.
Shiprocket plans to use ₹365.6 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to expand its core and emerging business platforms.
The company has also earmarked ₹210 crore to repay borrowings. As of July 10, 2026, its outstanding debt stood at ₹244.5 crore. The remaining proceeds will be used for inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
Shiprocket operates a technology platform that enables MSMEs and large retailers to manage e-commerce operations, including logistics, payments, order fulfilment, financing, checkout solutions and cross-border commerce.
For FY26, the company reported a net loss of ₹79.2 crore, compared with a loss of ₹74.4 crore in FY25. However, the loss was significantly lower than ₹595.1 crore reported in FY24.
Revenue increased 24% year-on-year to ₹2,024.1 crore in FY26 from ₹1,632 crore in FY25, reflecting continued growth in its business operations.
Shiprocket has fixed its IPO price band at ₹92–97 per share for its ₹1,617.5 crore public issue. The IPO will open on August 12 and close on August 14, with the company planning to use the fresh issue proceeds for business expansion, debt repayment and potential acquisitions.
