Raksan Transformers Limited is a book-built BSE SME IPO with an issue size of ₹150.50 crore. The public issue opened for bidding on September 10, 2026, and closes today, September 15, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹258–₹273 per equity share. 

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 16, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 17, 2026, ahead of the proposed listing on the BSE SME platform on September 18, 2026. 

The market lot is 400 shares. However, retail applicants must apply for a minimum of two lots, or 800 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,18,400 at the upper price band of ₹273 per share.

Raksan Transformers’ ₹150.50 crore IPO is a book-built SME issue priced between ₹258 and ₹273 per equity share. The face value of each equity share is ₹10. 

The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 44.13 lakh shares aggregating to ₹120.47 crores and offer for sale of 11.00 lakh shares aggregating to ₹30.03 crores 

The public issue opened on September 10, 2026, and closes on September 15, 2026. The allotment is expected on September 16, 2026, refunds and demat credits are expected on September 17, 2026, and listing is scheduled on BSE SME on September 18, 2026. 

The market lot is 400 shares, but the minimum retail application is two lots, or 800 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment is ₹2,18,400. Investors can submit bids in permitted multiples of 400 shares thereafter.
