Priority Jewels Limited is a book-built mainboard IPO consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 45.75 lakh equity shares. At the upper price band of ₹200 per share, the company aims to raise ₹91.50 crore. There is no offer-for-sale component in the public issue. 

The Priority Jewels Limited IPO opened for bidding on August 28, 2026, and closes today, September 1, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on September 2, 2026. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 3, 2026, ahead of the proposed listing on September 4, 2026. 

The issue has a price band of ₹190–₹200 per equity share and a lot size of 75 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors need a minimum investment of ₹15,000 for one lot.

Priority Jewels’ ₹91.50 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 45,75,000 equity shares. The company has fixed the price band at ₹190–₹200 per share, and the face value of each equity share is ₹10. 

The public issue opened on August 28 and closes on September 1, 2026. The allotment is expected on September 2, refunds and demat credits are expected on September 3, and the shares are proposed to list on BSE and NSE on September 4, 2026. 

The minimum application is one lot of 75 shares, costing ₹15,000 at the upper price band. Investors can apply in multiples of 75 shares thereafter.

Priority Jewels IPO – Overall Subscription Status 

As of 5:19 pm on September 1, 2026, Priority Jewels IPO was subscribed 100.45 times overall. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led demand with a final subscription of 166.49 times, followed closely by retail investors at 106.76 times and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at 39.87 times. These are the final closing figures recorded on the third and last day of the public bidding process.

Priority Jewels Business Overview 

Priority Jewels designs and sells diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery. The company has an established customer base and operates in the branded jewellery and jewellery-manufacturing segment. 

The net proceeds from the fresh issue are intended mainly for repayment or prepayment of borrowings and for general corporate purposes. As the IPO is entirely a fresh issue, the proceeds will accrue to the company.
