Juniper Green Energy share price made a positive stock market debut on August 6, 2026. The shares were listed at ₹245 per share on the NSE, a premium of 8.89% over the IPO issue price of ₹225. 

On the BSE, the stock listed at ₹242 per share, reflecting a 7.56% premium over the issue price. Following the listing, the company's market capitalisation stood at ₹13,769.76 crore on the BSE. 

Juniper Green Energy IPO Subscription and Utilisation of Proceeds 

The Juniper Green Energy IPO received a strong response from investors, with the issue being subscribed 7.97 times overall. 

The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category was subscribed 24.94 times, while the non-institutional investors (NII) portion was booked 182 times. The retail investor segment was subscribed 0.93 times, and the employee category received 3.58 times subscription. 

Juniper Green Energy IPO Proceeds Utilisation 

The company plans to utilise the ₹1,800 crore net proceeds from the IPO as follows: 

  • ₹683.24 crore for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings.  

  • ₹728.69 crore for investment in material subsidiaries to help repay their outstanding borrowings.  

  • ₹295.52 crore for general corporate purposes.  

  • ₹92.56 crore towards issue expenses.
