Injecto Polymers Limited is a book-built BSE SME IPO comprising an entirely fresh issue of 56.12 lakh equity shares. At the upper end of the ₹98–₹100 price band, the company aims to raise ₹56.12 crore. The issue does not include an offer-for-sale component. 

The public issue opened for bidding on September 11, 2026, and closes today, September 16, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 17, 2026.  

Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 18, 2026, before the proposed listing on the BSE SME platform on September 21, 2026. 

The IPO price band is ₹98–₹100 per equity share, while the market lot is 1,200 shares. Retail applicants are required to apply for at least two lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹2,40,000 at the upper price band.
