Indo-MIM IPO is a book-built issue IPO, aiming to raise ₹3,812.11 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of 1.03 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹500.78 crore and an offer for sale of 6.83 crore equity shares amounting to ₹3,311.33 crore. The bidding window was open from July 23, 2026, to July 27, 2026, with the IPO allotment to be finalised on July 28, 2026. Indo-MIM is scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on July 30, 2026.

The IPO was priced at ₹461-₹485 per share with a lot size of 30 shares. The public issue received bids for 3,98,58,76,230 shares against 5,50,74,644 shares available, resulting in an overall subscription of 72.37 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (excluding anchor investors) led the response, subscribing 204.47 times their quota, followed by Non-Institutional Investors at 50.65 times.

Incorporated in 1996, Indo-MIM is a global manufacturer of precision engineering components using metal injection moulding (MIM) technology. The company provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions covering mould design, tooling, finishing and assembly. Alongside MIM technology, it also employs investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection moulding and 3D metal printing to serve customers across multiple industries.

The company's product portfolio caters to automotive, defence, medical, consumer and aerospace sectors. Its automotive offerings include components for safety systems, fuel systems, powertrains and interiors, while its defence portfolio covers firearm components such as triggers, hammers and sights. It also manufactures precision parts for surgical devices, fashion accessories, mobile phone components, industrial tools and aerospace applications.

Indo-MIM operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico, giving it the world's largest installed MIM manufacturing capacity according to the F&S Report. As of March 31, 2026, the company had sales offices in China, Germany and the United States, supported by sales representatives across the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Poland and Turkey. During Fiscal 2026, it served more than 1,100 customers worldwide.
