Shiprocket Limited IPO is a book-built mainboard issue aiming to raise ₹1,617.48 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 9.13 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹885.50 crore and an offer for sale of up to 7.55 crore equity shares worth approximately ₹731.98 crore. The bidding window was open from August 12, 2026, to August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is scheduled to be finalised on August 17, 2026, while the shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026. 

As of the latest available update, the Shiprocket IPO allotment has not yet been declared. Investors can check their allotment status after the basis of allotment is finalised through KFin Technologies, the IPO registrar, or through the BSE and NSE websites. 

The IPO has a price band of ₹92–₹97 per share and a lot size of 154 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors are required to invest a minimum of ₹14,938 for one lot.

  • Select “Shiprocket” or “Shiprocket Limited” from the list of available issues.
  • Choose whether you want to check the status using your PAN, Application Number, DP ID/Client ID or Account Number/IFSC.
  • Enter the required details.
  • Complete the captcha verification.
  • Click on Submit to view your allotment status. 

Shiprocket IPO Details 

Shiprocket’s ₹1,617.48 crore IPO was priced in the range of ₹92–₹97 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of 9,12,99,203 equity shares aggregating to ₹885.50 crore and an offer for sale of 7,54,62,363 equity shares worth approximately ₹731.98 crore. 

The subscription period began on August 12, 2026, and closed on August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is scheduled to be finalised on August 17, 2026. Refunds and demat account credits are expected to be processed on August 18, 2026, while the shares are scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026. 

The minimum retail application comprises one lot of 154 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,938 at the upper price band. Small HNI investors were required to apply for at least 14 lots, or 2,156 shares, involving a minimum investment of ₹2,09,132.

Shiprocket IPO – Overall Subscription Status 

The Shiprocket IPO received exceptionally strong demand and was subscribed 99.38 times by 5:00 pm on August 14, 2026. The institutional category was subscribed 122.80 times, the NII category 88.99 times, the Retail Individual Investor category 46.42 times and the employee category 955.51 times.

The company serves direct-to-consumer brands, online retailers, small and medium-sized businesses and other e-commerce participants. Its platform is designed to connect sellers with logistics providers and simplify shipping operations across domestic and international markets. 

The fresh issue proceeds are intended to support Shiprocket’s growth plans. Proposed uses include marketing and customer acquisition, investment in technology infrastructure, repayment of borrowings and potential acquisitions.
