Horizon Industrial Parks, incorporated in 2009 and backed by Blackstone Group, is India's largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator by total network, according to a JLL report. As of the DRHP date, the company owns 45 logistics and industrial assets across 10 major Indian cities, with a total area of 58.01 million square feet.
The company develops and leases large, modern warehouses and industrial facilities to major companies. Its key asset types include fulfilment centres, industrial facilities and in-city centres. As of November 30, 2025, fulfilment centres accounted for 15.55 million square feet, or 58%, of operational area, while industrial facilities accounted for 10.36 million square feet, or 39%. Its in-city centres are positioned close to consumers for last-mile delivery, with a pipeline of 6.31 million square feet across seven cities.
Horizon Industrial Parks had served over 100 customers as of November 30, 2025, across sectors including e-commerce, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, renewable energy, auto-ancillary and manufacturing. Its scale, technical capabilities, strategically located sites and full-service offerings enable it to partner with multinational corporations. In addition to its core offerings, the company provides turnkey solutions, solar energy solutions, cold storage facilities, on-site staff accommodation and skill development centres.
