JIO IPO Issue Structure in Detail
As per news reports, the Jio Platforms IPO is expected to raise ₹37,700 crore, with a reported price band of ₹1,150–₹1,220 per share. The proposed issue comprises 27 crore fresh equity shares, with no Offer for Sale (OFS), and each share has a face value of ₹10.
The lot size has not yet been announced. The proceeds are primarily intended to be used for the repayment or prepayment of up to ₹27,500 crore of borrowings of Reliance Jio Infocomm, with the remaining amount earmarked for general corporate purposes.
