Century Business Media Limited is a book-built BSE SME IPO comprising a fresh issue of 23,12,000 equity shares.  

At the upper end of the ₹70–₹74 price band, the company aims to raise approximately ₹17.11 crore. The issue does not include an offer-for-sale component. 

The IPO opened for bidding on September 11, 2026, and closes today, September 16, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 17, 2026.  

Refunds for unsuccessful applicants and credit of shares to successful applicants’ demat accounts are expected on September 18, 2026, ahead of the proposed listing on BSE SME on September 21, 2026. 

The application lot size is 1,600 shares. Retail investors are required to apply for at least two lots, or 3,200 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹2,36,800 at the upper price band.
