The REIT operates within one of India’s largest office leasing markets, supported by strong demand from technology and global capability centre occupiers. Its portfolio strategy focuses on high-quality office infrastructure and long-term tenant relationships.
As of June 30, 2025, the portfolio comprised 6 Grade A+ business parks with a total area of 20.3 million sq. ft. and a leasable area of 19.6 million sq. ft. The portfolio reported a committed occupancy of 97.9%, reflecting strong leasing performance and tenant retention.
