Investment & Precision Castings Ltd. (IPCL) has announced a bonus issue for its shareholders in the ratio of 1:1. This means that for every one existing equity share of ₹10 held, shareholders will receive one additional equity share of ₹10. This move is aimed at rewarding shareholders and enhancing the overall equity base of the company and was approved during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 13th June 2025 and has fixed 27th June 2025 as the record date.
According to SEBI’s circular, the deemed allotment date for these bonus shares will be Monday, 30th June 2025. These shares will become available for trading on the next working day, i.e., Tuesday, 1st July 2025. The bonus issue aims to reward existing shareholders and increase liquidity in the market. All key depositories and share transfer agents have been duly informed of these developments.
