Interested applicants can register online starting April 2026. The deadline to apply is May 6, 2026, with the draw scheduled for June 18, 2026.
A registration fee of 10% of the total premium is required, refundable for unsuccessful applicants.
Pricing and Payment Structure
Plots will be allotted under a 90-year lease. The full premium must be paid within 60 days of allotment, with an extension of up to 30 days in special cases.
Additional charges include a 5% extra cost for park-facing or corner plots.
