The 21st instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana is expected to be credited to farmers’ accounts in the first week of November. Over 10 crore (100 million) farmers across India are set to benefit from this central government initiative.

PM Kisan 21st Instalment in First Week of November

As per media reports, the PM Kisan 21st instalment might be released just before the Bihar Assembly elections, scheduled for November 6 and 11. However, the official release date has not yet been confirmed by the government.

Recently, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that the next instalment of ₹2,000 would soon be transferred to eligible farmers. He urged all state governments to speed up Aadhaar seeding, e-KYC, and other required verifications to avoid any delays in payment.

During his visit to Jammu and Kashmir, the minister also highlighted that several farmers in border areas are cultivating land without complete ownership documentation. He stated that if the state authorities verify such farmers and forward their details to the Central Government, they too can receive benefits under the PM-KISAN scheme.
