The Pune Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of MHADA, has announced that tomorrow, November 20, 2025, is the final date to submit applications for the MHADA Pune Lottery 2025.
The extension allows applicants until 11:59 PM tomorrow to complete their forms for the computerised draw of lots covering 4,186 flats across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, the PMRDA region, and the districts of Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli.
The decision to extend the deadline was taken after several citizens requested additional time to complete documentation and application formalities.
As per the updated timeline, the computerised draw for allotment will take place on December 11, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Applicants may continue to pay the earnest money deposit online until 11:59 PM on November 20.
Payments made via RTGS or NEFT will be accepted until the close of banking hours on November 21, 2025. MHADA has also released an information booklet on its official website to guide applicants through the registration and payment process.
The Pune Board’s housing lottery includes four major categories:
Chief Officer Rahul Sakore urged applicants to register only through official MHADA portals. He reiterated that MHADA has not appointed any agents or consultants for flat distribution and warned applicants against engaging in private transactions. MHADA’s helpline at 022-69468100 remains available for assistance.
