
Lok Adalat 2026 Delhi provides motorists with a single day to clear pending traffic challans at a reduced rate. The event is organised by the Delhi Traffic Police and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority and is open to all vehicle owners with eligible notices.
The National Lok Adalat will be held on February 14, 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm across seven court complexes including Patiala House, Karkardooma, Tis Hazari, Saket, Live Events, Rohini, Dwarka and Rouse Avenue.
To participate, log in to https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/lokadalat, download the challan and print it. The portal opens at 10 am on February 9, 2026, and allows a maximum of 50,000 downloads per day, capped at 2,00,000 in total.
Only minor, compoundable traffic offences such as speeding, red‑light violations, wrong parking and lack of helmet or seatbelt are eligible.
Serious offences, out‑of‑state notices and cases already pending in regular courts are excluded. Settled fines may be reduced or waived by the Lok Adalat bench.
Complete the online application, upload required documents and receive a token number via email or SMS.
Print the token and bring original vehicle documents, RC, driving licence, insurance, pollution certificate and the challan receipt to the assigned court on the day of the event.
