
On December 3, 2025, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini released the second instalment of the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana. With this round of disbursement, nearly ₹148 crore has been deposited directly into the bank accounts of 7,01,965 eligible women beneficiaries. The first instalment of Lado Laxmi Yojana was released on November 1.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that the scheme’s financial assistance will be issued at three-month intervals (quarterly), with each quarterly instalment transferred in a single payment. He emphasised that the initiative goes beyond financial aid, positioning it as a strategic effort to enhance women’s social empowerment and economic independence.
The Chief Minister further stated that the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi mobile app, launched on September 25 to commemorate the 109th birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya.
The app had recorded 9,00,592 applications, of which 7,01,965 were found eligible by November 30. Among them, 5,58,346 women have completed Aadhaar-based KYC, while verification for 1,43,619 applicants is underway. He urged women who have not yet completed their final Aadhaar KYC step to do so promptly in order to begin receiving benefits.
The scheme is open to all women aged 23 years or above with a family income below ₹1 lakh annually. A key feature is that every eligible woman in a household can avail the benefit.
