Lado Lakshmi Yojana Second Installment Released: Upcoming Instalments Now to be Paid Quarterly

On December 3, 2025, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini released the second instalment of the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana. With this round of disbursement, nearly ₹148 crore has been deposited directly into the bank accounts of 7,01,965 eligible women beneficiaries. The first instalment of Lado Laxmi Yojana was released on November 1.
Shift in Payment Cycle: Monthly to Quarterly
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that the scheme’s financial assistance will be issued at three-month intervals (quarterly), with each quarterly instalment transferred in a single payment. He emphasised that the initiative goes beyond financial aid, positioning it as a strategic effort to enhance women’s social empowerment and economic independence.
The Chief Minister further stated that the Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi mobile app, launched on September 25 to commemorate the 109th birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya.
The app had recorded 9,00,592 applications, of which 7,01,965 were found eligible by November 30. Among them, 5,58,346 women have completed Aadhaar-based KYC, while verification for 1,43,619 applicants is underway. He urged women who have not yet completed their final Aadhaar KYC step to do so promptly in order to begin receiving benefits.
Eligibility of Lado Lakshmi Yojana
The scheme is open to all women aged 23 years or above with a family income below ₹1 lakh annually. A key feature is that every eligible woman in a household can avail the benefit.

Steps to Apply for the Lado Lakshmi Yojana
- Install the official Lado Laxmi Mobile App on your smartphone.
- Create your profile using your mobile number and basic details.
- Enter all required information such as personal details, family details, and income information.
- After completing the form, submit it directly through the app.
- The system verifies your application digitally within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once the initial verification is complete, you will receive an SMS update on your registered mobile number.
- Log in to the app again and upload a live photograph as required in the final verification stage.
- The app will guide you through the Aadhaar-based e-KYC process.
- After successful KYC verification, the SEWA Department issues your Scheme ID, confirming your eligibility under the scheme.
