The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is set to host the highly anticipated Kaushal Mahotsav Lucknow 2025. Scheduled for September 16-17, 2025, at Colvin Taluqdars’ College Grounds, the event aims to offer more than 7,500 job and apprenticeship opportunities to youth in Uttar Pradesh.
With a focus on emerging sectors like AI, Cybersecurity, and Electric Mobility, this year's Mahotsav promises to be a significant platform for skill development and employment.
Kaushal Mahotsav 2025 will bring together over 100 renowned companies, offering roles across 20+ sectors such as Automotive, Healthcare, Aerospace, and Green Jobs. The event focuses heavily on apprenticeships, with 6,900+ positions available for ITI pass-outs, diploma holders, and graduates. Salary packages will range from ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month, giving candidates a wide selection of opportunities aligned with their skills.
Special attention will be given to emerging careers in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Drone Technology, and Cybersecurity, positioning youth for the jobs of tomorrow.
Several Defence Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs), such as BHEL, BEL, and HAL, will be part of the event, reinforcing the connection between local skills and industry needs. This year, the Mahotsav will also feature interactive skill zones where participants can engage with cutting-edge technologies and explore future career paths.
The Mahotsav aims to build on the state’s impressive record of apprenticeship placements, with Uttar Pradesh already providing opportunities to over 3.21 lakh youth since 2018. This event will continue to drive this momentum, ensuring a direct link between local industries and skilled talent.
