
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a special housing scheme for serving and retired employees of central and state governments, PSUs, public sector banks, local bodies, autonomous institutions and government universities.
Under this scheme, 1,168 newly built flats are available in Pocket-9, Sector A1 to A4, Narela. The flats are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and include 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK units.
A major highlight of the scheme is a flat 25% discount on all categories, making the prices much lower than earlier disposal rates.

Maintenance charges must be paid in advance for one year.
No GST will be charged on maintenance.
The flats are located in a planned residential area with improving connectivity. The project is close to Urban Extension Road-II and GT Karnal Road and falls under the proposed Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro corridor, which is expected to improve access to central Delhi and nearby regions.

Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or above and either serving or retired government employees. DDA has also relaxed property ownership rules, allowing applicants to own property in Delhi or elsewhere without restrictions.
The DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 offers a rare opportunity for government employees to buy newly built homes in Delhi at a 25% discounted price.
