The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the deadline for its Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering prospective homebuyers additional time to register and participate in the e-auction process. The move comes in response to public demand and is expected to widen participation in the scheme, which offers 582 residential units across key locations in the national capital.

Extended Timeline And E-Auction Schedule

Under the revised schedule, the last date for registration and submission of earnest money deposit (EMD) has been extended to 6 pm on February 20, 2026. Applicants can complete their final application submissions by February 23, 2026.

While results were initially expected to be announced by February 26, the tentative e-auction dates are now likely to fall between March 2 and March 5, 2026.

DDA said the extension is aimed at ensuring wider participation and giving applicants adequate time to complete online registrations and documentation smoothly.

Locations And Categories On Offer

A key highlight of the scheme is the spread of properties across well-connected and developed areas of Delhi. The flats are located in Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Karol Bagh, Dilshad Garden, Ghazipur and Loknayakpuram, among others.

The scheme includes a mix of HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta Flats and EWS units, making it accessible to a broad range of buyers.

Some of the notable offerings include:

  • HIG flats in Jasola: 15 units measuring 162.41 sq m, priced at around ₹2.14 crore.
  • SFS flats: One unit in Vasant Kunj priced at ₹1.15 crore and another in Dwarka at ₹1.21 crore.
  • MIG flats in Dwarka: 14 units ranging between 119.66 sq m and 129.98 sq m, priced from ₹1.34 crore to ₹1.45 crore.
  • Other HIG units: Located in Rohini, Ghazipur and Dwarka, priced between ₹98 lakh and ₹1.21 crore.

In addition, the scheme also offers standalone car and scooter garages. The locations provide access to metro connectivity, schools, healthcare facilities and commercial hubs, enhancing their appeal to homebuyers.

Originally launched on January 6, 2026, the scheme targets buyers across income segments, from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) to High-Income Group (HIG) categories.

As the e-auction dates approach in early March, buyers are expected to closely evaluate their options and complete the registration process within the revised timeline.
