The projected value of this deal is over ₹500 crore, establishing WEXL among the top AI-driven EdTech and data companies in India. The transaction marks GACM’s evolution into a broader tech-driven enterprise with exposure to national-level educational technology deployments.
WEXL Edu is a fast-growing education technology company offering AI-enabled academic solutions. It is focused on scalable, personalised learning systems and assessments, and has engaged with key national institutions such as NCERT and CBSE. The company is also in advanced talks for a ₹200 crore-plus tender for AI solution deployment across 30,000 schools. WEXL’s confirmed order book currently exceeds ₹30 crore, including projects with the Delhi and Tamil Nadu governments.
WEXL’s portfolio includes five registered patents, covering innovative solutions such as AI-based subjective answer correction, offline learning systems, and English proficiency tools. These assets offer GACM a strong foundation for data-driven growth and licensing opportunities.
