Tesla India Opens First Experience Center in Chennai at Express Avenue Mall

Tesla India has opened its first Experience Center in Chennai at Express Avenue Mall, adding another location to its growing retail presence in the country. The centre will provide customers with access to Tesla's retail and after-sales services. 

The company has also made service and collision repair facilities available in Poonamallee. This gives Tesla owners in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu access to both vehicle sales support and maintenance services. 

Chennai Becomes Tesla's Sixth Experience Center 

The Chennai opening takes Tesla's total number of Experience Centres in India to six. The company already has centres in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Gurugram. 

The centres are part of Tesla's direct customer-facing setup in the country, covering retail access alongside after-sales support. 

Service Facility Added in Poonamallee 

Alongside the new Experience Center, Tesla India has made a Tesla-Approved Collision Center and service capabilities available in Poonamallee. 

The facility is intended to support customers with servicing and collision-related requirements closer to the Chennai market. 

Genuine Parts and Trained Technicians 

Tesla said owners in Chennai and Tamil Nadu will have access to genuine Tesla parts and professionally trained technicians through the expanded setup. 

The service capabilities also include software-aware diagnostics, which are used to assess Tesla vehicles, along with collision repairs carried out according to Tesla's standards. 

Tesla Expands Customer Support Network 

The Chennai launch adds both retail and after-sales access for Tesla customers in the region.  

With the Experience Center and Poonamallee service capabilities operating together, the company has expanded its customer support footprint in Tamil Nadu.
