Capri Global Share Price Jumps 17% After Launch of Auto Pay for Gold Loans

Capri Global Capital share price rose over 17% on June 9 after the company introduced a new Auto Pay feature for its gold loan customers. This digital initiative aims to simplify the repayment process and is part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance its customer experience using technology.
Auto Pay to Make Loan Repayment Easier
The newly launched Auto Pay feature allows automatic loan repayments directly from a customer’s bank account on set dates. It is activated during loan disbursal and helps borrowers avoid missed payments and penalties. The feature is designed to encourage financial discipline and convenience for users.
Capri’s Gold Loan Business Head, Ravish Gupta, said the company is committed to using smart digital solutions to improve its services. He emphasised that Auto Pay is a step forward in making gold loans easier to manage.
Strengthening Digital Services
This move follows earlier innovations like Capri’s AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot, which helps users access loan details, pay dues, and download important documents anytime, without visiting a branch.

In the past year, the stock is down over 29%, but digital upgrades and positive sentiment are helping it rebound. After falling in April and May, it saw a 6.5% gain in March.
Capri Global Capital Q4FY25 Results Fuel Optimism
Capri Global share rally comes soon after Capri Global’s strong Q4FY25 earnings. The company reported a 115.4% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹177.7 crore, compared to ₹82.5 crore a year earlier. Operating revenue also surged by 48.5% to ₹739.2 crore.
The growth was driven by strong performance across segments like gold loans and affordable housing. Operational efficiency and better customer engagement also supported the earnings jump.
