Yield interest rate

In finance, yield is the true interest rate, expressed as a percentage per year, that is associated with the net income or expenditure. In order to convert yields to discounts or discounts to yields, there are specific formulas to follow. For yields, the formula is 36500 times the discount rate, divided by 36500 minus the number of days until maturity times the discount rate. For discounts, the formula is 36500 times the yield rate, divided by 36500 times the number of days until maturity times the yield rate. These calculations are essential for understanding the actual value and profitability of investments.
