Property

Freehold

Freehold refers to the complete ownership of a property without any time limitations. This is often used to describe a property that is held in fee simple absolute in possession. However, it should be noted that freehold also encompasses other types of ownership such as entailed interests and tenancies for life. In simpler terms, freehold means having full control and ownership over a property for an indefinite period of time.
