Insurance

Liability insurance

Insurance is a contract between a policy-holder and an insurance company where the former agrees to pay a premium in exchange for coverage in case of any financial losses due to bodily injury or property damage caused to a third party. This is known as liability insurance and is designed to protect the policy-holder from legal obligations that may arise from such incidents. Essentially, liability insurance helps manage financial risks while also providing peace of mind.
