Kalpataru Power Transmission Reported a 22% Rise in Net Profit for Q4 FY23!

Shares of the company had given 55.83% returns over the past year. The company recorded an 18.69% decrease in net profit for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2023, from Rs 535 crore to Rs 435 crore on a consolidated basis

Results for the year ending March 31, 2023, including the fourth quarter have been released by Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.   

In comparison to the same quarter last year, the company’s net profit for the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2023, increased by 21.74% to Rs 140 crore from Rs 115 crore on a consolidated basis. In Q4FY23, the company’s total revenue climbed by 17.44% to Rs 4,896 crore from Rs 4,169 crore in the similar quarter the year prior.   

The company recorded an 18.69% decrease in net profit for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2023, from Rs 535 crore to Rs 435 crore on a consolidated basis. The company’s overall revenue climbed by 10.33% to Rs 16,401 crore for the year under review from Rs 14,866 crore for the year ended March 31, 2023.   

In the last trading session the scrip closed at Rs 537.45 and today it opened at Rs 539. Currently, it is trading at Rs 531.80. Till now the scrip has touched a high and low of Rs 551.30 and Rs 531, respectively. So far 19,911 shares were traded on the counter at BSE. It has a 52-week high and low of Rs 597.15 and Rs 332.30, respectively.    

It is BSE group ‘A’ stock with a face value of Rs 2. It has a market capitalization of Rs 8,626.70.
